Condensation inside headlamp/LCD is a natural phenomenon
Condensation occurs when atmospheric air containing water vapor or humidity enters the headlamp/LCD through the vents due to temperature difference. A thin film of fog can form on the inside surface of the headlamp/LCD lens. The thin fog will clear and exit through the vents during normal operating condition.
Condensation & fogging of headlamp/LCD lens may happen during rain or after washing.
Moisture condensation inside the headlamp/LCD lens will disappear gradually by switching ON the LCD / headlamp (in high beam and driving the vehicle at 30 to 40 Kmph speed for about 15 minutes).
Time for evaporation will vary depending on the humidity of the ambient air.
Note:-
If fog inside the headlamp/LCD does not evaporate bring the vehicle to KTM Authorised Dealer for inspection
